Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service govern your access to the VoidSign website, community, support, device-registration tools, and Development Membership (collectively, the “Service”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Development membership

A purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable VoidSign Development Membership for the stated membership period. Access to an iOS signing certificate is provided as a benefit of that membership and is not sold as a standalone ownership interest in any certificate or developer account.

Membership gives you access to VoidSign community resources, guided registration, applicable certificate access, and support described at checkout. It does not make you an employee, contractor, partner, shareholder, agent, or legal representative of VoidSign.

VoidSign membership is separate from the Apple Developer Program. It does not make you an Apple developer-program member and does not create any relationship between you and Apple Inc.

Permitted use

You may use membership benefits only for lawful testing, development, and installation on eligible devices. You must own the software involved or have clear permission from its developer or rights holder to sign and install it.

• Sign applications you created or are authorized to test.
• Install lawfully obtained software consistent with its license.
• Use the certificate only on registered, eligible Apple-branded devices.
• Follow applicable laws, software licenses, and platform requirements.

No piracy or abuse

VoidSign does not support, encourage, facilitate, or endorse software piracy. Membership may not be used to copy, crack, modify, distribute, sell, or install an application without authorization from the applicable rights holder.

• No pirated, cracked, stolen, or unlawfully redistributed applications.
• No copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual-property infringement.
• No malware, spyware, credential theft, fraud, harassment, or harmful code.
• No resale, sharing, sublicensing, or unauthorized distribution of membership benefits or certificate materials.
• No attempts to compromise accounts, bypass security controls, interfere with the Service, or misrepresent affiliation with VoidSign or Apple.

Certificates and Apple-controlled availability

VoidSign Basic includes a 90-day warranty, and VoidSign Pro includes a one-year warranty. Both products use instant automated registration and are PPQ-less.

Apple controls its certificates, provisioning systems, registered-device status, and related platform services. Apple may revoke, limit, delay, or change access at any time for reasons outside VoidSign’s control.

Entitlements and device eligibility may vary by application, hardware, software version, and Apple policy. VoidSign does not promise that every entitlement will function with every application or device.

Warranty coverage is subject to the policy presented at purchase. A warranty is a service remedy for eligible issues during the stated Basic or Pro coverage period, not a guarantee that Apple will keep a certificate active or accept a replacement registration.

Orders, payment, and delivery

The current membership price and included benefits are displayed before checkout. Payments may be processed by Whop or another disclosed payment provider, whose separate terms and privacy practices apply.

Automated registration begins instantly after the required order and device details are confirmed. Apple-side delays, maintenance, incorrect device information, eligibility checks, or unusual device status may extend completion.

Unless a mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, refunds, replacements, and warranty remedies are governed by the policy shown at checkout and the circumstances of the affected membership.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate order, device, and support information.
• Keep certificate files, device identifiers, tickets, and access credentials private.
• Promptly notify VoidSign if you suspect unauthorized use.
• Remove profiles or certificate materials when they are no longer needed.
• Confirm that your intended app use is lawful before signing or installation.

Suspension and termination

VoidSign may suspend or terminate membership, certificate access, or support when reasonably necessary to address prohibited use, fraud, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, platform restrictions, or a material breach of these Terms.

We may investigate credible reports of piracy or abuse and may preserve or disclose relevant records when legally required. Termination for prohibited conduct may make the member ineligible for replacement or refund remedies to the extent permitted by law.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoidSign disclaims implied warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, permanent certificate validity, compatibility with every application, or actions controlled by Apple or another third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoidSign will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of software access, or third-party action arising from the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security needs, or platform requirements. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and policies presented at checkout form the agreement governing your membership.
